Shipping: We ship out within 24-48 hours to the United States and its territories

During the Holidays, we make every effort to ship with 24 hours so that we can get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Please understand that we work around the clock to process your purchases during the holidays as quickly as possible. You have the option of selecting the shipping method to expedite your shipping. Keep in mind, the post office gets overwhelmed at this time of year so they may take a little while to update tracking information or to get your package to you.

Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. If the error is ours please contact us by email at [email protected] specifying the issue and please include pictures.

Items must not show any signs of wear – no stains, no odors – and it must look brand new just like when it was purchased. Products must be unworn and still have their tags and original packaging. Anything we reasonably believe has been used, damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted as an exchange.

We only allow for exchanges one time. No multiple exchanges for the same item.

NO CANCELLATIONS ON PRE-ORDERS

HOT MARKET ITEMS are items sold for short-term events like playoff and championship games, special events, and other tournaments; including, but not limited to Super Bowl, Postseason, Playoffs, World Series, Olympics, World Cup, World Baseball Classic. EXCHANGES for Sizes may be permitted up until the event begins. NO EXCHANGES on Hot Market Items once the event begins. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Final Sale/Clearance Items/50% Off Items are Final Sales and cannot be exchanged/returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*Items purchased between 12/1/24 – 12/24/24 may be exchanged up until Monday, January 8, 2025. Receipt Required.
