Exchanges/store credit must be completed within 14 days of purchase. Receipt Required.
ALL DISCOUNTED, "SALE" ITEMS and HOT MARKET ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. NO EXCEPTIONS.


If you're considering exchanging your item or returning it for store credit - please treat the item gently, do not remove or tamper with any tags or stickers, do not wear perfume/cologne when trying on the item, and do not leave the item around smoke or animal odors.
Protect the Item(s) by placing them in a clean bag. If the item is a flat-brimmed hat, please do not bend the brim. We must be able to re-sell the item in order to accept it and so it is important that there are no signs of wear – no stains, no odors – and that it looks brand new just like when it was purchased.
We only accept items purchased at our store, The Locker Room of Downey.

WE ONLY ALLOW FOR EXCHANGES ONE TIME. NO MULTIPLE EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED.

HOT MARKET ITEMS are items sold for short-term events like playoff and championship games (e.g. Super Bowl, World Series), special events (e.g. the Olympics, World Cup, World Baseball Classic), other tournaments and events. EXCHANGES for Sizes will be permitted up until the event begins. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on Hot Market Items once the event begins. No Exceptions.
